Sohochor

Sohochor means companion in Bangla.

With this organization, we aim to guide students to success and act as their companion throughout their journey. Since 2023, we have provided students in remote, impoverished Bangladesh communities the opportunity to obtain educational resources.

Due to how far these children live from the city, there are not many options in terms of learning and tutoring available in the villages they live in. With Sohochor, we strive to enrich the lives of our students and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in their educational journey.

Our Goals

In Sohochor, we have three main goals we hope to accomplish for our students.

2.Provide Educational Support

We offer diverse Zoom Classes to prepare students for their school classes and increase their chances of admission into college or university.

3.Financial Assistance

Many of these students come from families who do not have the financial means to supply them with materials essential to their learning. At Sohochor, we not only provide them with resources, but we aid our students who demonstrate financial need.
