What We Do
We provide undersourced students in rural Bangladesh communities with resources to help them succeed in their educational journey. We offer a variety of courses in math, computer science, science, and english. Moreover, we offer financial need to students' families who struggle to make a living in their villages and provide technological devices to students to allow them to attend our Zoom class meetings. We also initiate projects in order to increase the prosperity of our students. Our most recent project includes giving chickens to students who struggle to obtain food as these chickens will allow them to produce eggs for their family.

How We Started and our Mission
In December 2022, founder Faribah Nuha visited Bangladesh with her family. After noticing the extensive gap in resources between those who live in the city versus those in rural communities, she wanted to help children in impoverished communities who struggled to obtain the same opportunities as privledged students within the city. So, Sohochor was created to help bridge this gap and grant opportunities to all students, regardless of their background or circumstance.
